95 trans am door lock????

95 trans am door lock???? it will not unlock the drivers side with the key or if i push the unlock button. there is a box inside the door and it looks like a part on it is broken. is there any way to buy just that part or am i going to have to buy a whole door to take the part out? i can lock the door with the key but not unlock it. i have to unlock the passenger door and reach over and use my hand to slide the unlock forward. any help would be appreciated sorry about the grammar and punctuation

Not sure if the power lock is available separately or not, but I'd start checking with NAPA. If they don't have it, or the dealer doesn't, there's lots of aftermarket options.
