Yea no cats.. Been running ruff. sometimes when i start it up it dies or if i stop to fast at a red light. But full throttle it feels the same. I think i need to change the plugs first thing.

#1....its terrible to rev your car like that under zero load.
You may just want to clean your MAF. You could also have failing 02 sensor(s). As they fail they will cause you to run rich and cause that black smoke. And NO you will not get an SES light until they really get bad or fail completely. You will need to get a scanner on it, a real scanner that the dealers use, and see how they are switching while the engine is idling after its warmed up. Make sure the dude reading the scanner knows what he's looking for.
