SES codes P0171 P0174 P0161
I've been having these SES codes come on and off for the last couple months, seems the colder it gets the more often they will come on and the longer they will stay on.
P0171 = System too lean bank 1
P0174 = System too lean bank 2
P0161 = Oxygen O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage bank 2
I've checked for vacuum leaks, but cannot find any. Sometimes the idle will drop low, but the car has never died.
What could be causing this? What should I check?

I had a similar issue with idle and it turned out to be a bad maf (could have just been dirty but had another laying around and just put it on). Fixed the idle issue but shortly after that both of my o2 sensors died at the same time(car ran like complete crap and threw codes but not sure which ones). I replaced my o2 sensors and it hasn't been an issue agian.

I found an air leak and I'm wondering if it would be enough to give these error codes.
Air leak I found was here as circled in the picture. I found the leak by spraying carb cleaner which changed the cars idle when sprayed there and no where else.
How do I fix this air leak I think it might be the evap hose that connects to it.

Found the vacuum leak finally...
The valley plate cover of the BBK intake manifold is loose. Only way to get at it is to the take the intake manifold off. Going to suck trying to do it tomorrow outside with 30 degree weather.

I found the problem, the plate on the bottom of the intake manifold 6 screws had fallen out and the rest were loose. The mechanic who did the install for me didn't tighten them enough and didn't use loctite. I should have just installed it myself.

Damn that sucks! At least you've found the leak. Now that makes me wonder about the same lean bank codes I was throwing last year. Performance was still ok and I was getting good gas mileage, so I just had the o2s tuned out.....maybe I should check it out lol

I'll let you know about performance and if the car feels any faster.
-------
Car feels a lot smoother and idle isn't as rough. Slightly more power.
