i have been licky to cut a 2 flat slot in the head in a cross pattern and use a phillips screw driver to remove them, but if its frozen in there i have had good luck using an air hammer to remove the,. just some ideas.

Smother it in pb blaster and hammer a multi point socket over the bolt head. If you can get a good hold on it, your socket does not break, and you have a impact, you will stand a chance.
