Default HElp with this plastic clip, should i be safe?

After changing out the airfilter in my car i went to snap in the small fastener clip that goes on the intake part and i guess it was brittle from the cold and snapped. Well im just asking if i really need this clip, as you can tell from the picture its already kinda pushed up because its hard to line up the holes to begin with after you tighten the hose clamp down. everthing is tight for the most part it jsut moves up and down a bit.

should i be alright without it? or if you think i should get it where can i find these types of fasteners???

its circled in red

It's no big deal. Clean the leaves out of your manifold, lol.

Not badly needed. Just grab one out of a salvage yard.
