Thats is alot of parts to shotgun have you thought about trying a mechanic shop?

I also had a loose shock bolt where it mounts to the control arm and I think one of the wheel hubs were bad. I saw what looked like metal to metal on the back of my rim just slightly though.

IT WOULD TAKE A TECH 10 MINUTES TO CHECK MAJORITY OF YOUR FRONT END, jack up the front get a pry bar under the tire and try to pick it up it should be stiff if it clicks up and down check hub and ball joints the move tire left to right with your hands and see if there is any slack to check tie rods and linkage.

When you assembled the spring/damper, did you compress the spring sufficiently so that you weren't torquing the nut down against the spring...?

This happens with the before and after alignment numbers...?

The before numbers show a lot of toe.

Yes, the springs are seated correctly. I think it was a combination of bad bushings and loose parts.
