loud knocking coming from rear?
loud knocking coming from rear? Today my car started making a loud knocking noise when the car is costing, or at a steady speed. If im speeding up or using the brakes its fine. The noise changes speeds depending on the cars speed. I have no idea what this could be, but the whole car shakes while this is happening. What do you guys think my problem is?
I dont think its the rear end. i think it has something to do with the brakes. It doesnt happen when im using the brakes, and the noise goes along with the tires.
I didnt really do anything bad to triger it. i was just driving about 60mph and when i started to coast to a stop it started happining.

Did a walk aroumd to see if i could find anything wrong, and to my suprise the rear driverside rim had only one lug that was tight. 
Well im just glad that was my only problem.

Verdad Gallardo yea it was an epic failure on my part, that should have been the first thing i checked. The car has been in shop for the last few months, and was rushed out in the last minute. they probably just didnt get tightened.
