Stupid question.
Stupid question. I tried my top speed the other night, and I all I got was 164mph...
Is this normal? I put down 450-460 RWHP, and she ran strong through 5th gear, but as soon as I went to 6th, she stayed there. I have stock gears (3.42s with M6, MS3 cam. etc....

they stop pulling in 6th gear...just max out 5th..and thats pretty much all the gear and as fast as you will go. if you had a longer gear your top speed would be higher

The speed limiter is set from the factory at 161 if optioned for Z speed series tires. If it didn't get optioned with the Z tires it was set to 118.
Unless you've had this changed by tuning this is as fast as you can go.
It won't pull it in 6th, 5th is your fastest gear...
