Default 99 TA LS1 wont start, battery charged what to check?

I have a 1999 TA LS1 manual 6. This morning I was going to leave for work but the car wouldnt start. I thought the battery was bad. But when I tried to jump it off the same problem. Everything lights up and the battery seems good. I can turn the key and it dosent do anything. No sounds, clicks etc. Its almost like if you forget to push in the clutch pedal, how it wont even turn over. Im looking for possible things to check online and I thought/hope to find some help here too.
Thanks

Is the vats the thing in my key? If so Im not sure its that. I cleaned it and I dont see a flashing security light. I messed with the clutch pedal switch/push button. I was pushing it in and letting it come all the way out several times. Nothing happened.
