Brake lights stuck on please help!

Unhappy Brake lights stuck on please help!

Had a small accident after work rear end broke loose avoiding a car and slid into another car but my fault none the less, But my brake lights are stuck on. I check the obvious fuses, but to no avail. I slammed the brakes very hard damage to bothe cars is minimal he had a small dent on his door, im missing some paint off the front end. please help.

Start by checking the brake pedal switch. Its located under the dash near the brake pedal. When the pedal is pushed down, the switch closes to complete the circuit. When the pedal is up, the circuit is open.

its the only switch that gets depressed when u press the brake. usually theres a rubber piece that presses it and it prob feel out

It is a white switch with a button on it that the brake pedal contacts. You adjust it by turning it either clockwise or counterclockwise. I had the same problem with mine.
