i got all mine from the top. no way in hell i was going to get the last one on the passenger side from the bottom.

Thanks for all the feedback. Especially that one about the sammich. I'm gonna try that one this weekend. If that doesn't work, I can always pull the coils!

Just pull passenger side coil packs. I have a/c and can change plugs in 30 min.

The little plastic pins that hold the cowl seal down are what's chewing up the back of your right hand.

Pop them out before you start the plug change.

it actually isn't that difficult. the first time is the worst because they are put so tightly in the car by the factory. if you remove the coil packs--and you should--it makes everything much easier. the far rear bolt on the coil pack is an absolute PITA, but once you get it off, don't ever put it back on. the first time i changed my plugs it took a few hours. the 2nd time i did it, for whatever reason i decided to do it in 20 degree weather outside, and i finished in under an hour.
