Rattle: Side Impact Bar??!!!

Rattle: Side Impact Bar??!!! Seems that my drivers door side impact bar has become loose. I took the door panel off and noticed that the bolts are loose. I can grab the bar and shake it! There seems to be no possible way to get a wrench on these bolts as they are aimed outward towards the door skin. Anyone know any trick to reach these bolts? To the engineer that faced the bolts outward, i smakka you!! 
Curious too, my drivers side door rattles or clunks something awful but i couldnt really find the exact source. Didnt think of side impact bar though, thx. Are there any other culprits of door rattle?
Idk but it makes me mad, the bolts are tight. I cleaned a spot up good last night and put some epoxy in it . Hopefully it will hold it front rattling. But yeah mine had a bad rattle when shutting
if any of the guides for the window come off you can get a rattle in the door when the window is in any position other then all the way up and even then the guide can be rattling around the bottom of the door.
