2001 formula ls1 KNOCK SENSORS HELP knock sensors came back up on the codes a week later after replacing them.. Car is running lean because of bad o2s could that be the setting off my knock sensors

Knock sensors check for knock and ping.
If you are running lean, your cylinders overheat. This can cause the fuel to detonate prematurely. This detonation can definately be the cause of your knock.
