Replacing window motor

I got a problem.

Drivers windown will not do anything. I have heard this is a common problem. Went and picked up the whole thing... Can anyone guide me to exactly how to replace the motor and everthing associated with a working window. I'm sure there is a thread on here, but I searched and could not find one.

I would replace the regulator and motor as one piece. Its much easier than trying to remove just the motor.
