Upper Console Loose!
Upper Console Loose! It's loose at the very top end portion (where the shifter plaque, T/C button and the lighter, etc) Where It meets the dash board!
I tightened the two bolts that are under neath the change tray and from what I gathered, there are no other clips/bolts that hold the upper console to the bottom, bigger one.
Anyone have any advice, perhaps I can take a video on my blackberry and show it to you guys. Or if someone has a shop manual from GM showing a diagram of how its suppose to be?

This thread is old... But mine is the same way. 97 z. I've tried everything and where the bolts meet its tight.. but by the lighter if you touch it it moves a bit... I think its normal on these cars. Any input?
