right rear noise

right rear noise its a strange light metallic noise coming from the right rear and only happens when i go over a bump on that wheel.
all bolts are tight
everything is where it should be, tightened and all
02 SS with 23k miles
only mods back there would be bmr springs, panhard, relocation brackets and LCAs
driving me insane idk what to do
and the sound definatley sounds like its coming from outside the car

Mine was doing that at one point and it turns up the right rear spring was catching on the panhard mount bolt (I think that was a product of the geometry of my car being messed up in a rear end incident with a botched body repair) I just turned the spring so that the coil that was catching was oposite of the bolt and all is well. I found this by crawling under the back of the car as far as i could and having someone bounce the back of the car as I listened and located the issue.

was everything tightened while it was up in the air? or was the suspension loaded on the ground? Everything should be tightened with the suspension loaded. Otherwise, be patient, get under there and go over everything... take breaks, sometimes your mind can go crazy thinking the same thing over and over... if you have tried one thing, make it a point to try something different than the previous. Avoid checking the same thing over and over... unless your are REALLY out of options..
