I smell gas when i turn on my AC

Default I smell gas when i turn on my AC

It doesnt last long maybe 10 seconds or maybe i just get used to it..I have another thread on here im only getting 8 MPG just thought id throw that in there since i smell gas. but when i start my car and turn on the ac its STRONG any suggestions

Most likely it's the A/C further accentuating your fuel problem b/c it's placing more strain on the engine. I haven't looked at your other thread but I'd start with the basics, check the rail pressure and each individual injector and then work backwards to the filter and the tank/pump.

Your cowl weatherstipping is damaged. When you turn on the A/C, the rad fans are commanded on, and the engine stink is being pushed into your cabin air intake.

My apologies for the late reply after i found the cause of the fuel smell...Im in Korea at the moment and this is the soonest i could get on....The damn schrader valve was loose and fuel was dripping out very slowly but enough to smell it lol...easy fix though.,...thanks for the tips...Semper Fi
