What gap did you use?
Might have broken a spark plug when putting it in. The ceramic part.
Go ahead and clean the MAF, as it is in play during cold start up and warm up, then it comes back into play only when you go WOT. After you're warmed up to operating temp, the MAF remains OFF during normal driving.

i used a .060 gap
and as for breaking the spark plug i checked everyone before i put it in.
and i just cleaned the maf like last week but ill do it again. i guess the MAF is bad because when i go WOT it doesnt do to good.
i dont know what the heck is wrong with it.

Also, if its bogging when you hit the gas you could have a leaky injector too, which floods that cylinder when you hit the gas.

yeah i just cleaned the maf and it really didnt do anything.
but i saw some smoke coming from somewhere under the headers any idea of what that might be? oh and is there a write up on how to clean the injectors or check them?
Have you checked your plugs yet? Check for spark at each plug? Fuel pressure? If an injector was bad enough to make the car run that bad it seems like the O2 would pick up on it and throw a code.
