Default Head light screw problem

as alot of you know to change the turn signal bulb you need to remove the 1 and only 10 mm screw holding the headlight in ok so that went smoothly replaced the bulb....ok time to screw it back it it goes in some of the way now there is what looks like a small metal washer on the plastic peice of the headlight that keeps spinning and I can not for the life of me get it tightened down....any suggestions Thanks in advance!

Next time - there's an access door under the bumper for changing the bulbe. Takes 30 seconds.

i had the same problem, i used an air ratchet to take it back out. if you did what i did it wasn't in the hole straight (cross threaded). i cleaned the threads up and reinstalled the bolt while applying pressure to the nut.

I was thinking maybe a small screw driver on the backside.....hell maybe even a dab of superglue would hold it.
