Default Lumbar Support went out

I have a 2002 WS6.

Sat down in the driver seat today and felt something hard under my seat. I tried adjusting the lumbar support and I could hear the power noise it makes, but it was coming from the center console area. Both Lumbar switches would not adjust my seat but I could hear the noise of the switches engaging each time I toggled with the button.

Has anyone run into this?

I just noticed that too. I have a 98 WS6. But I figured out that the drivers control was controlling the passenger seat and the passenger controls control the passenger side. Put your hand on the pass seat and see if you feel the vibration of the motor. Haven't figured it out yet. Let me know if you do. I'll post a solution if I do.

I got your answer. I just found a disconnected plug under the seat that carries the air from the compressor to the controls. It appears that the buttons are valves that divert the pressure from a common compressor to where you need it. Hope this helps.

yep my hose plug always disconnects, like if there wasn't enough slack on it when you move the seat forward/back

cool, i'll try that. Thanks guys.

And on a side note, i am constantly adjusting my power seat, typically how long does the motor/switch last before they go out????

Right now I'm at 85k miles.
