Hey guys, I'm pretty new at this, but I'm slowly learning and replacing parts as I go along. Frankly, dealerships and shops are too freakin' expensive, and I'd like to do the work myself and say that I did it. But here's what I have going on. I drive a 1993 Firebird Formula, thermostat rated 185 because of the engine type. Anyway, the low coolant light comes on and off periodically, and I can't get it to go off. I think I need to replace the sensor in the radiator (already replaced the thermostat and thermostat sensor in the housing but that didn't fix it because it heated to about 230 and I was kinda worried that was a little too hot). I'm just having trouble finding the sensor (supposedly on the backside of the radiator). It's a little mess in there, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me where abouts to start looking. It would be much appreciated.
Fixing a Formula, so it's in decent working condition, until I can put it up and completely tear it apart as a project car
