Default Getting some resonance from the exhaust

I noticed at lunchtime whenever I fire up the car and leave to go eat, when I'm sitting a stoplight I'll get some very noticeable resonance/vibrating from the exhaust. It dies down whenever I start driving and eventually goes away, but I'm just wondering what's causing this. It also does this when I leave for work too.

Could this be from bad cats?

Make sure there is no metal to metal contact between any part of your exhaust and the rest of the car except where it connects to the engine.

I had a small crack in my Y pipe that did the same thing, it could also be a baffle in the muffler starting to come lose.

Damn. How would I determine that?
