Default Vibrations, Studdering, Hesitating...thoughts?

Current have on my 94 TA Hooker Shorties & Y Pipe, hollow cat converter.
New plugs, wires, recent oil change, new filter, new gaskets.
Big 3, new alternator & battery (6months old) seems to keep good voltage.
I've checked all the wires to make sure nothing is burned, grounds look OK.

It runs very rough, shaking while idle. Seems to almost hesitate as I come to a low stop (5-10 MPH to complete stop).
While driving does OK but hesitates, definite power loss.

I know there is a leak at the collectors to the y pipe, I didnt use the right collector bolts, I have them but havent had the chance to put the car up and install them.

I've been running like this for maybe a month or two.
My question is...if my 02s went bad due to the leak/hollow cat would it cause these symptoms? Did a couple searches and still a little iffy on that answer. If not then I will just take it to the shop and have them look at it, but if its the 02s I'll just get it up fix the leaks and replace them.
I feel like it's about to die when I'm at idle....Please give me some input, thanks!

most of the times a leak in the exhaust can cause some power lose and feeling hesitation on the car but it shouldn't be as rough as you described though..my suggestion is fix that leak and see if that would change how it reacts.

I agree. You already know something is wrong so fix what you know first. Otherwise your problem may continue and you had the answer the whole time.

Swapped the 02s, took off the cat back & y pipe runs fine, no extreme shaking.
Looks like it was one of those two problems, which surprises me because it was running completely like ****.
Now I just have to fix the broken exhaust flange bolt I got stuck in there last night at 3am.
