t56 transmission fluid
anyone have a good write up on how to change the transmission fluid on a t56? and what fluid to use?

Um jack the car up remove the drain plug then fill though the fill plug till it starts coming out. You'll need 4 qts of ATF

or you can fill it threw where the shifter bolts up!!!

or cheap dex III
I've tried synchromesh, and a few different brand dex III's, seems like it likes the cheaper stuff better

Go though the shifter to fill. So much easier. Take off your boot and the 4 bolts holding the shifter plate on. Good to go!
