Default 1 simple coolant question

Is the OEM thermostat temp 187? I am going to replace my old fluid and wanted to go ahead and do the thermostat as well.

Sounds right. When pull the old thermostat check it the temps are usually stamped on them.

get 160*, autozone have it in their duralast brand, made by motorad ( same as hypertech ),

Yeah i'm not a big fan of the 160. Pretty much be pointless w/o my fans being tuned to come on earlier. O"reillys has the 187(OE recommended temp) for like $20 with the housing. Parts houses don't always have the correct numbers so thats why I asked about the OEM temp.

hey killagt the new shocks helped my wheel hop problem. I am gonna test some more 2mrw, but earlier I took off from a stop and it hopped like once and started smoking the tires. I might go ahead and buy some new LCA's though for the added insurance. Much better with the GR2's instead of the Decarbons.
