Default code po131 help

my ce light came on tonight and i got the code pulled.autozones scanner said 131 and i think 132.it said o2 sensor slow response on both of my front o2s.the guy looked it up and it said it could be caused by fuel pressure so i checked my fp gauge and it was reading 65.i was thinking it ran low 50s before.i also noticed exaust fuems really bad (i do have tsp tds)and the car felt like it was stumbling a little.would a regulator going out cause all this?i have a big race tomarrow night so i need to fix it asap.thanks joe

Vatotechs are awesome.

Slow response mean your O2s are not switching fast enough to switch from lean to rich when idling. When the O2 are reading low numbers and staying low your car will run rich which eventually will foul up your plugs.

Replace them with a new pair of O2s.
