whining sound after 60 mph??

whining sound after 60 mph?? Once the car gets to around 60mph I start getting a whining sound when you have your foot on the gas. Doesnt seem to get any louder or anything the faster you go. Just the slightest bit of gas and youll hear the whining start and its everytime not just an occasional thing. any help on the matter is greatly appreciated

Probably going to need to know some information about the car. Make, model, year. Assuming it's an Ls1 yes? What about rear end and transmission? Fill us in a little with car details. Might be a little easier to troubleshoot from there.
