Anyone have an idea what this is or does? The line goes into the main harness, but i cant tell what its for..

A rudder for a ducks butt?? looks to be something emissions related, maybe some type of charcoal can ??

someone told me its a vac canister for hvac... so i guess it has to stay, lives to see another day.. lol
