Default Waterpump

I think my car needs a waterpump.Any particle brand better than others or best just to get from the dealer?Car is a 1999 and has 77xxx miles..Ive never changed out pump on Ls1 any help much appreciated...

its one of the easiest to change. Six 10mm bolts and three hoses and its off. geta thermostat gasket too cause you will have to swap that housing and a tensioer over to the new waterpump. Still the easiest in my mind. Just glue or make sure the gaskets dont get pinched or fall off when reinstalling.

hate those damn hose clamps

yeah better to take them off first, before unbolting the waterpump.
