Resetting oil light and capacity? Guys, can you remind me of the procedure to reset the oil change light and just how much oil this LS1 on my 02 holds? Thx!

6 quarts...to reset the light is either like ^^^ he posted or turning the key to the on position(not turning the car on) and tapping the gas pedal 3 times..

i believe i did somesthing like turn key to on position but not starting. hold down the button on cluster for like 10 secs. light should flash. let go of button and presto its reset. (may not be exactly right but it should be close lol.)

or it might be something like stand on one foot, spin counterclockwise 3 times, pat head and rub belly at same time, then spin clockwise 5 times, all while holding breath and eyes close..........that should work.
