Possible starter problem

Possible starter problem 2001 Firebird Formula/97,xxx miles
Car will not start, I drove it for the last 4 days with no issues. I walked out this morning and it wouldn't start. The starter is not even moving.
Checked the fuses for the starter, we can hear the starter relay clicking too. I checked battery terminals, and charge on the battery. They are both good. I'm assuming that it's either the starter or solenoid on the starter. Going to be pulling it off this weekend and replacing/testing it. Figured I'd see if anyone else had some ideas of what to check before I get on the ground.
