drl or something else? My passenger side drl isn't coming on and when I lock or unlock the car
the passenger side fog lamp blinks. Is this normal for a bad drl or is something else going on?

There are two filaments in the bulb. Sounds like one is working:
With the headlights on, engine on, and parking brake off:
- What does the light do?
- Does it blink when you put the turn signal on?
With the headlights off, engine on, and parking brake off:
- What does the light do?

I have tapped in to fuses to wire my nitrous maybe that is problem

When you say fog lamp on/out, do you mean the parking light?
If so, your drl/turn signal filament is out. Usually, this is just a bad bulb. If your bulb is good, you may need a new socket. (common)
