Default Clunk while braking

I have an issue, most of the time when Ibrake towards the end I hear a clunk and occasionally hear a slight grind, its always toward the end of braking like coming up to a stop sign, any ideas?

Something is loose and you shouldn't drive the car until you fix it. Take a look at the rust rings around the outside and inside of your rotors. If its just one wheel, one may not look like the others if the caliper is moving.

Check your caliber bolts and make sure they're tight. I had a problem with mine doing that.

+1. I've had the caliper bolts come completely loose and the caliper itself was hitting and grinding on the rim. Scary.
