Clunk while braking

Clunk while braking I have an issue, most of the time when Ibrake towards the end I hear a clunk and occasionally hear a slight grind, its always toward the end of braking like coming up to a stop sign, any ideas?
Something is loose and you shouldn't drive the car until you fix it. Take a look at the rust rings around the outside and inside of your rotors. If its just one wheel, one may not look like the others if the caliper is moving.
