Emissions help needed

Emissions help needed I have a lowly 94 Bird with a 3.4. Won't pass emissions testing to get an inspection.
Test 1: High Nox at the 25mph test. I knew the EGR valve was bad, replaced it.
Test 2: I have higher Nox at 25 and High CO and Nox at 15mph.
Could a bad Cat cause this. About a 1 1/2 years ago, had bad gas and the cat was glowing cherry red. It is only about 3 years old.

I had the same thing with my 92 i never figured it out before it was stolen. Youvpuld try this https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...ghlight=Seafoa. When it cleans the top end it clears out carbon buildup. Which maybe causing your high nox
