rear main seal ?

I have a 6.0 out of a yukon denali i swapped into my car and the rear main seal leaks pretty good so i figured its time to replace it. Are the seals any different on the 6.0's than the ls1's? Also i havent done much looking at them wats the best way to get them out? and are there any vendors that sell them or just go to my local auto parts store for one?
