Default help!! dash vents not working..

ok guys, long and CRAZY story short..
3 days ago i had a locksmith guy come to my car to replace my ignition cylinder and make a new key..
he takes off steering wheel, airbag etc. and fixes everything..
well today i go to turn on my heat and notice only the floor vents are working!! none of the dash vents are blowing at all..
did a search on the site and found that it could be a vacuum leak?? already checked behind the intake and everthings plugged in..any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Can you switch it at all or is just the dash vent not working?

no..whichever setting i put on it will only blows on my feet and not the dash vents:/
when i say "dash" vents im meaning the 5 vents going across..the defog vent actually works when i put it on however..

Yea, im fairly certain the blend doors and vent selection are vacuum controlled, so i would check behind your HVAC controls and on the Ducting itself and make sure none of those vacuum lines popped off, i dont know how with removing the steering wheel this would happen, but damn them gremlins

May just be a BIG coincidence....but check under the hood near the PCM for that small black plastic "T" fitting......make sure the vacuum lines are hooked up and that its not cracked or broken.

I know you said you checked behind the intake.....

BUT.......my tranny guy was working on my car a couple months ago and knocked the small vacuum line off the back of the intake, its the one that runs to the small "T" fitting by the PCM.

I also had only my foot vents and defroster....nothing else would work. My small vacuum line was off behind the intake.

Check again.
