What does it take to tune a car and delete the o2s?

You mean the rear o2's right? Anybody with tuning software can do that or just get simms

bring it to a tuner or mail order tune or buy tuning software to do it yourself

How do o2 sims look? I got my car used and I have receipts the guy gave me that include o2 sims, when I looked at the rear o2s though they are just hanging there
