Default Airbag Connection. Pics needed

Well I have a 99 tras am got some air bags I bought offa here from another member and long story short connections were different so I figured I would just splice the two wires together without connectors. Anywho it seems to me that the connector seemed to criss cross the wires. I need pictures of the connectors for the airbag itself and the connector coming from the car harness. Stupid me cut both of them off and now can't see if I should just color match them and splice them but it seemed as if the connector went from one color to anothermajor confusion. If anybody has pictures of these connections I'd greatly appreciate it. If not if you guys could just tell me if when the wires meet at the connector they connect to the same color wire on the connector for ex green to green or like green to white or however they go thanks.

Just curious. Is this for your car or are you trying to blow something else up not related to the car?

If its for the car, were you in an accident and what did the old bags come off of?

Yes its for my car got into an accident and bags deployed. I replaced the whole steering column including airbag. The passenger airbag came from another trans am. I think it was an lt1 dealer said it was same part number from 93-02 but the connection was different so decided to ditch connection and just splice wires

Oh, was it the same incident as the fog lamp?

OK - Are you working with the connection at the base of the steering column then? I thought you were asking about the one at the bag, which I'd expect to be the same. I'm pretty sure the airbags were all first gen airbags - but if the columns were different, I could see all that being very different.

Yes sir... and no I'm asking aboutg the passenger one. I replaced the steering column so everything plugged up right. The passenger one had different connections but same color wires. So I cut off the connectors and im trying to splice them together but dnt know which wire goes to what its only two wires from the bag and two from the harness.

I've never touched the passenger side before but did read yesterday in the factory service manual that the PCM has to be re-programmed for the airbag serial numbers in order for the system to work. So, you may need a tuner or a dealer to do that programming before the SES system will activate after everything is installed. I'm not sure what all is involved in that but I'd be interested to know.

Does anybody have pictures of the connection of the airbag on the passenger side?
