Default P0332 probably due to computer pin connectors?

So my Z28 was getting water in the upper computer pin connector a couple of times. So far its been okay. One of the pin connectors in the harness plug is totally corroded . I have a feeling this is what is triggering that code. My mechanic seems to believe that I have to replace the whole wiring harness. Can I just pull out the pin adapters seperately from the harness plug? How can I guarantee that water wont get back in there? Should I get new gaskets?

well I did clean out the pins. the pins in the computer are fine. Its the plug connector itself that goes into the pins. One of the connectors to the pin is rotted (its missing material). I noticed u can kinda pull them out of the wiring harness plug. Can they be replaced?
