Default sarting problems need help!

im just about done with my build on my 99 ws6 ls1 and i cannot get the car to start, i have not completly finished im still doing some gauge wiring and stuff but i cannot start the car(were not trying to start it up just"bump" it)
any ideas? here is what i modded
torquer v.2 cam kit... valve springs and push rods
ls6 intake
rebuilt tranny
yank 2800 stall
egr delete
sts turbo methanol injection and intercooled
any reason why it wont even bump?
the starter tested at autozone and passed twice

if you still have VATS then you need to describe what happens when you turn the key. Does the starter not click? If not, do you hear a click at all as if from under the hood? If so, change out the starter relay and try again. If not do you have the Security light steady on always with the key turned to "on" ? If you do then you should bypass VATS with a resistor matching your key's at the connector under the dash and see if you start then. If the Security light goes out then you have some other electrical issue.

Loose wires from the battery to the engine block and to the starter can also cause issues obviously. You may be getting power to everything but the battery wont be able to provide high enough current to turn the alt on (you'll hear the solenoid click but nothing happens in this case).

more info needed.
