I have a friend who lost her keys and had to get new ones from a dealership. She told me the new key fits in the ignition perfectly but it won't turn. Any ideas as to what the problem could be? Thanks.

Hi,
try to turn steering wheel slightly. They often bind at odd angles.......
Make sure vehicle is in neutral/park. Depress clutch on manual transmission.
Lastly check key and perhaps a little lube.......double check vin code with
key cut........good luck.............
