Hey everyone, recently i installed a cam in my 99 trans am and got it tuned a few days later. Well while on the dyno the tuner said my passenger o2 showed no activity and therefore it is bad. My car is also running rich. Is it common for an o2 to be bad without a light ?

 

Chances are the OBD hasnt gone thru the complete cycle(s) yet to activate the SES light. It usually has to run 2 cycles before it will say "okay its fucked, throw the code". I wont say what your cycle consists of because I dont know but its usually a series of start ups. If its showing no activity just go ahead and change it... oh and DON'T GET A BOSCH!
