Help..

my catalitic converter went out i can hear it.. i need a decent replacement cuz i still have 2 pass emissions... any good ideas..?

Eh, just finding a used stocker in here or somewhere for cheap, or if you have a good exhaust getting a high flow cat.

Make a post in the parts wanted section.. Cats are commonly removed from cars.. Most of us dont have emmisions to pass.

I sold mine for $100 at a local scrap yard. Be prepared to pay at least $90 for the set as there is a guy on the parts wanted section offering that for a set of used cats.

If you're under 120k miles the dealer has to replace it for free whether the car is under any kind of warranty or not. They did both mine and i'm the second owner, bought the car from a private owner, and have no warranty. They did one at 80K and one at 95k. No charge!
