Part # - fan pulley tensioner - LS1 ?

After the the factory pulley went south I replaced this with an aftermarket unit that has lasted 6 years.
What is the part # for this and should I go with an aftermarket part again of factory?
This tensioner is on the large belt that goes around the "BELL" water pump pulley.

I think my old unit is a Katech. The inside center of the pulley blew out and the pulley is destroyed. Can I just buy a new pulley and not a new tensioner?
PS - after market car parts SUK! this one did not last 1/2 as long as the factory unit. It was $120 when new.

Haven't seen anyone else running these but they are top quality and they've been great. They are made of the same materials as the stock pulley's and match perfectly. They bolt right on and you re-use the existing tensioner:
