Default Loss of power

Ok when I bought my camaro 1 year ago it was as fast as any stock z28, i've done so many things to it here is the list

LT1 radiator swap
AC Delco Iridium spark plugs with Duralast wires
changed oil with full synthetic and Mobile One filter
Changed the fuel filter 5k miles ago
Cleaned the maf really good with maf cleaner
sefoamed the car
clean my K&N Filter (with water only left it sitting one day)
changed my coolant
Installed headers, qtp ypipe and magnaflow exhaust
changed o2s with corvette one's

Not sure if im missing something but thats pretty much it

Ok, so sometimes when I drive my car well lets put it this way every morning and once in a while my car gets stuck at 40mph and the rpm guage rises like its not going into the next gear not really stuck but I have to press the gas pedal more so its goes intro 3rd I believe (auto with 2.73s??) so I press the gas and the car

So would something in my tranny be wrong or something is causing this loss of power, how can I diagnose it?

Well im assuming you have a auto trans.....i would say either your trans is going or you have a bad shift solenoid. But to clear things up not trying to be an *** but you do have to increase speed to go into higher gears. Kinda hard to understand what ypur trying to say.

no its ok Im not explaning hahaa, yeah I have to increase speed to make the trans shift in other words for example im going 40MPH and the rev limiter suddenly increases around 3K and my car doesnt go into 3rd, so I have to increase speed and it sounds like it the tranny then bumps into gear like it was stuck, so i have to increase speed to get into the next gear because it gets stuck

So I want to see what I should look for if I get a diagnosing tool that lets me read the pcm, how can I check for bad injectors, bad tranny shift points, bad timing, bad spark, ect eect????
