DTC codes 410 and 412

DTC codes 410 and 412 I keep getting the check engine light. I ran the codes and it was 410 and 412
I checked for blown fuses and then swapped relays for the Smog Air Pump. I had no air coming from the pump, the pump was not running. I pulled the pump and jumped it to 12vdc and the pump runs.
I am stumped and could use some guidance!
