Forgot SLP fan switch on...now problems

I've had the slp fan switch installed for two years. Last night I left the fan on for 3 hours on high. My battery is brand new

but shows now signs of any problems and it started/starts perfectly. Now when I turn the switch to HIGH it stays on high for a few seconds and then kicks down to the LOW speed. After turning the fan off/on it wont go to high at all anymore. At the same time I can hear a clicking or flickering under the hood (drivers side). Any idea on what I should do?

Also this is a 02 Camaro and this happens when the motor is off..

have you drove the car to the battery back fully charged?

what about disconnecting the battery to let the PCM reset?
