Dead Speedometer

Posted this in another thread with no luck so Im throwing it up here. I took out my gauges to put in white faces and when I put them back in the speedo is dead as a brick, everything else works fine though. Any thoughts?

dont have any constructive comments for you, but if you get pulled over for speeding just say "but officer, thats not what my speedo said." should get you out of a ticket.

maybe you didn't line up the needle right? dunno if you can line it up wrong, but i feel like thats a possibility. that or maybe its not getting a good connection
