Default 99 Z28 Trans NOISE???

I can hear the clunk noise every time I put it into Drive or Reverse, and it feels like there is a small movement when I'm about to stop slowly, I can feel the kick underneath the car. I'm thinking it's time to change the trans mount, HOWEVER, I took the car to a trans shop and had them inspect everything under and they said the mount is good and they couldn't find any mount that was worn or damaged. I still think the problem is from the trans mount. Any idea what could be the problem???

Broken trans mounts are a common problem on auto equipped F-body V8 autos. My 2000 Z28 A4 with 110 thousand miles had a broken mount and it would clunk when changing gears. The mount was actually broken in half. You may have to take the crossmember out to tell if it is bad.
