temp gauge

Temp gauge recently gone into red.. only seems to happen when stopped. Drive again goes back down. Realized now one of the spindles on belt isn't moving, can someone tell me the belt diagram, its the lower left, under alternator for an LT1

A/C pulley is good, but it overheats jus sitting there, if you press the gas the temp gauge will go down.. anyone know what may be the problem?

I would guess it's the water pump if you only get cooling with higher rpms.

check for the thermostat, maybe its stuck. You might also have a bag or something stuck between the radiator. Check your coolant levels and MAKE SURE you bleed the coolant. Start with that.
